1. There are two
booth
sizes
available. The number of spaces are limited and are as follows:
A. 8" Table Space Only - $100.00
EVERYTHING MUST GO ON
THE
TABLE
Includes Table,
2 Chairs, 2 Gate
Passes & 1 Parking Pass
B. 12'x8' Booth Space - $225.00
Includes 2 Chairs, 2 Gate Passes & 1
Parking Pass. Tables
($20.00 ea.) are available for
rent in advance only
Additional
Gate Passes & Parking Passes may be purchased in advance
through the Cowtown Coliseum Box Office at 817-625-1025 or
1-888-COWTOWN. For more information on the Red Steagall Cowboy

2. We
cannot accept any food vendors.
3. No
halogen or quartz lights will be allowed. We just do
not have enough power so please make other lighting arrangements prior
to the gathering if this is your only means of lighting. Thank
you.
4. All
vendors must be set up with trailors moved no later than
5:00 pm on Thursday, October 23, 2008. There will be security
Thursday night.
Set Up Hours: Wed. 10/22 8am-6pm
Thur. 10/23
8am-5pm
All vendors
are required to have their booth open and manned during all
the show hours.
Show Hours: Fri. 10/24 10am-9pm
Sat. 10/25
9am-9pm
Sun. 10/26 10am-4pm-
Mandatory Please Note:
The
Trappings Show will be free to the public on
Friday until 5:00 pm, at that time everyone entering the Trappings Show
will need a gate pass (ticket).
All appropriate fees must
accompany your vendor contract.
